Design Layout
According to your request, a draft drawing will be designed, and then the details will be discussed, including sizes, materials, colors, cost, etc.
If customers want to customize the upholstered dining chair of their own designs, we will sign a confidentiality agreement with them to ensure that their designs will be kept confidential.
Pre-production Sample
A sample would be ready in 7-10 days based on the final version of the design drawing and contract. The sealed sample would be signed by the customer, which will be the Quality standard of mass production. Meanwhile, a well-protected package would be designed by us and confirmed by customers.
Mass Production
Deposit done, the production begin. Production Process: Material Cutting – Frame welding – Seat sewing – Hardware packing
Quality Control
QC goes through the whole production process including the materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
After the goods are ready, customers is welcome to arrange for inspection.
During this special epidemic period, a professional can inspect the goods for you and make a quality report.
Our company has a complete quality control system, and has formulated a related quality manual.
Shipment
After confirming all the issues with customers, our professional service dept will book the right vessel and arrange the container loading.
No container space would be wasted. Once the vessel sails, a whole set of import docs will be ready for you.
